Use this page to submit yearly won-lost records and coaches' names to the IHSA. You must fill out all the information at the top of the page. Then fill out as many rows as you need (up to 25) at the bottom of the page, using the TAB key to move between fields.

Be sure to press the button at the bottom of the page to submit your records.
